Argument

This book is the result of various meetings, conferences and study days organised by ESAD in Reims, with the aim of laying the foundations for a reflection process unfolding in a new field for design, in relation to plants. It gives a voice to the designers and researchers in the field who responded to our call, as well as to the students of the Plant Design Workshop, through their artistic productions. From the canopy of the primary forests to the artist’s studio, via tobacco plantations and scientific laboratories, Faut pas pousser transports us to the heart of issues that often intersect, brush against or collide in fertile ground, starting with that of our imagination.
